I dont have any certifications..and there are some organization which train you in IT sectors anw will gurantee job.But i am confused which field to select .IT MUST HAVE HIGHEST SALARY. [IT professinal,database admin,web designe]

Database, especially Oracle and Microsoft's SQL Server 2003.
What is your strength, Hardware or Software? Have you been exposed to UNIX, Linux, Routers, WAN, Wireless, SQL, Web, Flash, Java, JBoss? Do you know what SDLC is? What certificates do you have?

What are you good at? If you are not good at in an area, you will loose your job. Then your salary would be zero, and you won't have a good reference.
