I ask because there seemed to be something suspicious about my last visit. I won't go into details because I genuinely don't know if what I was thinking is true or not.

This question caught my eye. I used to be a service manager for on. They are a corporate store owned by Bridgestone/Firestone. I know I had pressure from the higher ups to have big sales numbers. I would recommend you to a mom and pop store if you can. Overall it is not where you go it is the people you deal with at repair shops.
