There are two possible scenarios here :
-Denise Austin would not initiate a fight -but is physically fit , and could put down the O'Donnell if she was defending her life .
- Rosie O'Donnell would win -only if she initiated a "sneak attack" and did a surprise body-slam on Denise Austin with no prior warning ..which , those kinds of attacks are O'Donnell's speed .

I'm going with Denise Austin. She works out and I think she could take on Rosie easily.

Denise Austin would take her out with those man legs of hers. Rosie's one donut away from a heart attack.

I am trying to figure out who is Denise Austin. I heard her name somewhere before, but, man, can't place my finger on it.
I would have to say Rosie. She looks like she could viciously kick the living s-hit out of somebody!

Rosie would try to sit on Denise and scratch her but Denise is strong she will powerslam her off!

Denise Austin - she would win a physical fight, duh, she's a fitness fanatic - and a verbal fight. Rosie is louder, but has limited
issues to discuss. Denise is better rounded.
