To forget our past would put us at risk to repeat it. Anyone can start anew at any point in their life; it is up to them to choose when and why to do so. Often times, one can become overwhelmed with memories when they are surrounded by reminders of their past. Determine what it is you want to do with your life (job or career-wise), move to a new town or city where you can find work in your field, and start anew. Your past will become your strength.

Right there with you. No matter how hard you try, it's like some memory of the past comes creeping up to just cheese you off. It doesn't let go, it's always there, just waiting for the perfect time to mess up your day. ( this is usually when I start drinking, though I advise against it )
The best response I have is do something that scares you, but in a positive way. Me, I'm not a social person. So when I was feeling like that, I got all dressed up, and went to bar. I had a few drinks, made some new friends, and most important, some fun memories.
The past is always going to be there unless you have something to replace it with. Make some new memories and put your past.... in the past.

I hope this helps, best wishes.

In all honesty Libra, trying to forget your past won't help your feelings of insecurity. The thing is, our past effects us in subconscious ways that we can't easily do anything about--especially if we try to ignore them. The best way to move past your feelings of fear and insecurity is to first move through them. I'd suggest a counselor--someone with a license such as an LCSW or LCPC, or a master's level psychologist. Exploring how your past effects you today will help you to recognize how you can gain control over your feelings, and build up your self-esteem. It can help you to break the 'cycle' that you might find yourself repeating over and over, which keeps you stuck.

Dear friend, you are so sweet and kind. We are here to protect u and save u, don't scare of anything. It is better to foreget bad things in life, and start with beautiful life remembering good and nice things, we are behind u.

forget not, lest we repeat...
no matter what has happened to you before, don't forget about it, just learn from it or understand it.
Very important.
Even if it means talking to a psychologist; this will help you understand why this happened to you, therefore giving you the tools forgive it.
If not, then we are prone to give what we have recieved.
