If you're talking about a single player game I don't think there is because there would be no point of having two screens.

Perfect Dark Zero
All of them offer split screen or same screen 2 player, same system play. Those are just the ones off the top of my head, and I'm sure there are more.

I'm pretty sure you can do that on perfect dark. And you might wanna try splinter cell (it's comming out in october). They have pretty good co-op in thier games.
