Get out and take a long walk. Tear into extra housework, like rearranging closets, turning mattresses, putting new shelf liner in my kitchen and bathrooms. Go out to eat with a friend and shop. Get a new hairstyle, a facial and make-up, manicure and pedicure, full body massage. Sometime something as simple as a small glass of orange juice each morning can make you feel better. Find out what snaps you out of it and do it for a few days. A nice bubble bath with soft music and candles can relax you and make you feel better. Everyone has those days. They will pass like low waves on the ocean rise to the top. Then things will be sunny, again.

Get your mind off of your troubles. Go and help someone else. Keep in the routine. Eat & sleep normal. Get excercise. Force yourself to get out and about. Do not isolate yourself from others.Be around uplifting friends and family. Draw on your inner faith. God will give you strength. Read the bible, pray, go to church. Take a walk. Look at all the good around you. Find ways to be thankful for what you have. Write in a journal. Start a gratitude journal and only write down things you love about life, yourself, others etc. Focus on all the good and control yourself from any negative thoughts, actions and influeneces. Satrt to see what is right with the world instead of what is wrong with it. If you can't overcome this, get professional help. God speed! Best of health & happiness. You deserve to be happy. Smile and the whole world will look better! Laugh and the world will laugh with you...cry and you will cry alone.

Walk....an hour of that is usually enough time to think, experience freedom, re-group, empathise , see the problem from all angles, come up with a possible solution and long for what I left behind.
Depression is a mindset....change the mindset and DEAL or take action is the best way to not get stuck. Depression can be seen as obsession.....and you cant move on from either without smacking your brain to come up with another way of coping...ie taking action.

eat ice cream, and watch movies that relate to me, i also listen to Christina Aguilera's music because the words are so...idk...but i can like feel them going through my soul and they always make me feel better as if there is hope. and im not crazy either. it workds.
