I am scared for my rights as a citizen. If we pass this bill that allows the U.S. to detain any individual in the U.S. or abroad who they feel has ties with terrorists, more of our civil liberties will be taken away. They can detain someone withouth telling them why, w/o presenting any evidence as to why, and prevent the detainee from protesting his imprisonment. What if we have protestors dissapearing off of the streets a few years from now, because the admin thinks that anti war/government stances fuel terrorism? Could you imagine being taken away to some secret prison for an undisclosed amount of time with no due process of law???
If thats not bad enough the Senate approved another 70 billion dollars to go twords the war! And for what???????
what is the fu cking course?? If we went there because sadam harbored terrorists, and had wmd and neither turns out to be true,... then what is the **** ing course?? when 70% of iraqi citizens want am. troops to leave.. why are we there??

Dear American;
hi from Canada.I watch your constitution being slowly dismantled, all in the name of security. It is sad to see how many people believe that Bush is doing the right thing.9/11 is a monstrous lie and from that lie come all the things of which you speak.
This is unbelievable.I never thought I would see it in my own life time. The apathy of the uncaring is deplorable.I wish you all the best of luck ,but I dont think luck will carry you all thru this.

Iran is a Terrorist helping u . s . a . (Hezbollah anybody?) and the ingenious Guards are a 17 november. there is historic priority for this. In 1946 the worldwide Tribunal at Nuremburg declared the Waffen-SS to be an unlawful criminal corporation. Waffen-SS POW's held via the Allies have been stripped of their POW status, held to be Interned persons and held a ways longer than ordinary Wehrmacht Landser's, sometimes years longer. that they had no rights to pink go Visits, and so on. have been despatched out for trial in the process Europe for countless acts. yet No WW3 isnt going to start up in Iran, WW3 became started in decrease new york 6 years in the past....

Well, first, I would like to put faith in people who are a little more intelligent than the average person, as well as compassionate in what they do; I mean look at America and what it is today, how did it get to be such a wonderful country in the first place?
I think - even though potentially unfortunate for the innocents - at this day and age we have no choice but to take precautions before they happen.
Now, as far as Iraq is concerned, Saddam had like a year to hide his WMD, so it could still be anywhere, and don't forget that Al-Qeada is not the only terrorist cell we're dealing it - there are dozens in cell groups in Iraq. And, remember, the World Trade Centre was bombed in 1999, before any Iraq war even started.

Bush is doing an awesome job. The Detainee Bill" doesn't go far enough. It should incorporate a far greater degree of racial profiling. Even better, it should incorporate "political profiling". It is, after all, liberal Democrats that are a far greater threat to America than terrorists. Liberals SUPPORT terrorism by opposing Pres. Bush. After all, who needs Osama Bin-Laden when we've got people like Teddy Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer in our Congress. It's the liberals that we should cart off to Gitmo.

So, having your rights removed without due process is bad if you are a terrorist, but good if you are a husband or boyfriend accused (no proof needed) of making the woman fearful of her safety? Didn't you know that women can go to a judge and say she's fearful of being harmed by her husband / boyfriend / whatever, and without any proof, she can get a restraining order against him, curtailing his freedom without due process? But you're okay with that?
The problem with granting all these due process rights to people who are in cahoots with the terrorists is that in a criminal trial, they can get access to all the info, which would necessarily include informers and secret national security intelligence gathering programs. This is the problem - for self-preservation we cannot, must not reveal our intelligence gathering capabilites - it undermines our own defense capability.
These people will face a military tribunal instead. The sources and methods of info-gathering will be protected there.

You need to get your news elsewhere.
The detainee bill doesn't NOT apply to American Citizens.
As for the money, well, war costs, it's just a fact.
The F*cking course is to leave Iraq with a new government that can take care of itself.

Which bill are you talking about?? The Detainee bill that already passed? It doesn't apply to American Citizens.
35% of Iraqis want the US to leave in around six months. Another 35% want them to stay a year. They don't want us gone yesterday. Read the poll, not just the headline.

We should all just face the facts....Bush is the AntiChrist.
This Administration is so fu cking concerned with Anti Terrorism, yet it is considering a North American Merger with Canada and Mexico-wtf? A highway that travels from Mexico through the US into Canada? Again WTF? How about terrorism there? You can travel from Mexico into US or Canada with no visa, passport etc. Again WTF? Because terrorists will never think to enter Mexico and travel into US that way???
