I was the undisputed King of "Toilet Papering." I was literally so good at it, I hired out my services to all and sundry. (Nope. Not kidding.) I charged on a per house basis, and had several "Toilet Papering Packages" available...so anyone with a grudge or a sense of fun could afford me. There were extras like soaping, puffed rice application's (don't ask), and more, shall we say, unsavory offerings available. I averaged about 3-4 homes per week during the summer in between my Junior and Senior year of High School...it paid for my first car, several cases of beer, a few horrible dates and other little odds and ends.
How does this answer your question?
Simple. I believe in Karma...and oh man, am I in trouble. So when it finally happens to me (even by a pretty pretty princess), I'm going to smile, probably critique the job they did on my house...and make my kids clean it up. :-)

Mad?? As if I myself were never guilty?? I wish they'd do it more often- considering how often we run out. I hope the next time it WILL be rolled by a "pretty pretty princess"! Where's a good teenager when you really need them??
Of course... maybe that's the reason we're always running out- hmmm....

The thing is, all the teens we know think that we are the "cool" parents. We don't drink,we don't smoke, we don't do illegal drugs, we don't party in the way that is thought of as partying today. We don't scream and fight with one another. We teach our children right from wrong and are examples of that to them. And most important we tell them and show them that we really love them. And I am glad to say that they seem pretty well rounded and stable. The teens know that they are welcome in our home and many of them will discus problems with us, because they know we will try to help them and not condemn them for having a hard time as a teenager. Most of them say they wish we were their parents, but of course the grass always seems greener on the other side. So to make a long story short *To late you say?* We've never had a problem with teen vandalism at our house.

Wow, that's right! I forgot about that, and it hasn't happened to my house..yet. It wouldn't upset me too much. Kids will be kids.
