Catch the express into the city center, and catch the tube from there. To get from Heathrow to the city center with the Piccadilly line takes just under an hour (about 55Min's, yawn)
The Heathrow express is 15 minutes to Paddington, and then you can catch the Bakerloo line to Oxford circus or Piccadilly circus (takes about 5Min's) and walk to Soho from there (another 5Min's)
But be warned, Heathrow express is expensive, and if you want to safe a few pounds, 30Min's extra on the tube (reading the newspaper) is worth it.
PS. Don't buy any drinks from the "adult" clubs in Soho if the menu shows no prices. They charge you £100 a drink, and the bouncer holds you hostage if you don't pay.
But otherwise have fun.

take the tube, it takes longer but is easier and cheaper and it will take you direct to piccadilly circus where you can walk to soho in a few minutes, if you take the heathrow express you will have to change at paddington which would probably ad up to taking the same time

Anria's is the perfect reply, and I can't add anything to it. If it was me, I'd take the tube to Piccadilly Circus, even though it's slow.

But what I want to know is how does Anria know that (true) stuff about "adult" clubs??? :P
