Babies' eyes can take up to a year to settle on their final color. Don't be too anxious, she's got plenty of time left to settle on her final color.

The same thing is happening with my middle son right now. My middle son is 2 years old and is mixed (my husband is black and i am white). When he was born he had dark black hair and bright blue eyes and was very light skinned. Now he is almost 3, and his hair turned blonde and his eyes are turning brown. So, Im sure they can change, the dr told me this usually happens before they are a year old, but sometimes it can take longer.

Well my 3 beautiful kids are half maori (brown skin) and half white they are more brown than white just like their dad and they all have colored eyes. Their dad is full Maori and he has green eyes (not common) i have blue my oldest has blue, middle one has hazel green, and the 3rd has dark blue. Your girls eyes could change but i think they will be hazel time will tell. You might find other kids you have will have different color eyes its the luck of the draw i say. SO THE FIRST PERSON THAT ANSWERED DOESN'T NO WHAT THEY TALKING ABOUT COLORED PEOPLE CAN HAVE COLORED EYES TO!

My eyes changed from light blue to dark brown when I was a year old. I am very fair skinned (white). (My father's eyes were blue, my mother's brown)
My husband is hispanic, and his eyes are brown. My daughter's eyes are bright blue, and she is 8 months old. I assume they will change color soon.
It takes a while for the melanin to activate in the eyes. You will have to wait and see.

They very well could change. When I asked about my sons eyes changing my dr said that they could change anytime during the first year. But 99% of the time they stay whatever they are when they turn a year old.

The experts say that they should change (if they are going to) by 6 months. I've heard of children's eyes changing when they were up to 18 months old. 2 month old is too young to say that it is for sure her final eye color.

MORE than likely your daughter's eyes are going to change to brown but only time will tell. Eye color is typically permanent by the time a child is one BUT can even change up until two years of age.... this happened to my niece. Her eyes were very blue and at two, they changed to hazel??? Not a sign of blue in them anymore and she is now 17............ they are tigers' eye hazel.

Yes. My siblings and I were born with blueish/gray eye, and now we each have a different eye color. My sister has green, my brother has light brown, and I have dark brown.

They can keep changing until about 4 to 5 months. You'll just have to wait and see!
