I have a boyfriend now, but I didn't have one for a long time, not due to a lack of suitors, but simply because the last one hurt me (mentally and physically)
I'm still very hurt, and sometimes my new boyfriend picks that up.
I guess that I just didn't feel ready for another boyfriend after the last @sshole for a while.

I am married now but my wife is still my girlfriend.
When I didn't have a girlfriend it was because I was not popular with the girls, so I didn't bother trying.
When you are young it is not so important, but when you get a bit older you need a life friend in my opinion.

hmmm i guess i don't because i can't seem to be stable for long? but also cause i tend to make bad choices when it comes down to that sort of thing
