You should be able to go to the courthouse and request the records they are open to the public, unless of course the offender is a minor, in such case they may be closed.

Yes there this web site called Family Watch dog it gives information on Sex offenders and how close they are to you. It should also give you a full background of the sex offender. Hope this helps

In Illinois if you go to the state police's web site they have a list of all offenders. You can search by area or offense. They have all of their offenses and their photos so you can see what the scum looks like. They also have a list of all the ones who are presently incarcerated. You can also go to your local police department and ask them for a listing of those in your area...there might be a small charge for the list but it will also have their offenses..no pics though.

You can get the arrest report and proceeding that happened in court but not the details of the sexual offense. If you know the persons name you go to your local police department and ask if they had been registered as a sex offender. I believe they have thirty day to comply.

Yes.I did and found out exactly what my neighbor did. Yes my neighbor is a sex offender. Go on the website for register sex offenders on your town.

I don't think so, i don't think the public can get full reports on criminals... but i might be wrong. Make friends with a policeman or lawyer and get them to get it for you!!!!
