Does It change the fat or calories of the bread...Without spread of course !

You have a strange way with words.

Vitamins are chemicals, not lifeforms. They can be destroyed, but not killed.

Some vitamins are destroyed during any cooking process, including toasting. Bread contains very little fat compared to the amount of carbohydrate, but toasting changes the calorie content very little. You must remember that bread has already been baked at 350 to 450 degrees.

For most practical aspects, "raw bread" and "toast" have almost the same nutritional value.

The vitamins die a horrible death. You may be charged with crimes against vitamins.

No it doesn't. Just don't burn your bread black. The black part they say can be carcinogenic.
