It's called hyperbole -- typical advertising exaggeration!!

Not prosecutable unless they've done something illegal -- and I'm not informed on the laws in India.

Who cares if the water has three times the oxygen, unless you're a fish! It's not as if you or I will metabolize the oxygen dissolved in the water.

That is voodoo math, 100% of anything is exactly that, the full amount. 200% of anything is a lie. because 200% 101% 300% are fictional ideas of a sad little man. 50% of the number 300 is 150, but 50% of a fictional % is nothing.
Or If you use 21.6% of a 319.67% amount of gas, how much have you used? Yes it can be done in mathematicall equation, but the equation is a just that, an imageinary number.
Make a pie chart, the whole pie is 100%, add a layer of pie, the amount or totall of the pie is 100%, add a 3rd layer, the Volume of all is still 100% pie. Take a slice, or mark a slice, that is a percentage of a 100% =Totall. Yes a scientist can make anargument that there is a possibility or a fact that 300% exists, but scientists also said that God is and God is not.
Advertizeing is funny that way, long as tax man is makeing money also, its legal as you want it to be.

The simple answer is: The bottle contains 300% more water than his competition....
or his bottle is 3 times larger.. :-)

It's just a comparison.

300% more compared to what, maybe to something that just has 25%, then this thing has 75% ( 3 times = 300% ).

Maybe it contains 3 more times than it used to.

Depends what is quoted.
300% more oxygen than what? what is it being compared to, and how is it being compared.
Manufactures tend not to tell lies, but sometimes figures can be misleading or manipulated in their favour.

It could be possible if oxygen gas were pressurised in the water, but I very much doubt it is correct.

I do not know how you could posecute this legally.

dissolving air in water would increase the oxygen content. Is there any health benefit? probably not.
