Attitude!!... thats the reason. We have the wrong attitude. In US the people believe they are the best, here we are like that bunch of tadpoles inside the well, even if one decides to go up the others will pull it down...and there we remain eternally at the bottom. Change the attitude, change that in schools... the India ull see would be very different...then not just scientist and engineers, every individual citizen could contribute world class products.

Why do u say so? Is not PARAM totally Indian? WE are going into the space because of these scientists and engineers only. These scientists and engineers are constantly busy .Different satellites is the indigenous product.
