can some one plz suggest me some good waterproof eyeliner which can make this natural(not very dramatic) smokey cat eyes look? thanks!

which u can smudge it nicely to archieve tht look but at the same time wont smudge by itself since i live in a very humid place thanks!

Use a grey, black, or silver eyeshadow and put it on your eye lids and crasse and winge it ut. Then put a different one of those colors and line it in your crease. The put a thick black liner of eyeliner and wing it out with liquid liner.

you cant just achieve that smokey eye look with just eyeliner my dear. you have to play it up with the eye shadow. go to Lolacosmetics.com and look up the smokey eyes kit. it comes with step by step instructions on how to get the sexy smokey eye look you want without the raccoon effect you dont want. too much eyeliner would just make you look overdone. but when using eyeliner, remember to use a creamy eyeliner and before you put in on, put the tip of it between your index finger and thumb and give it a few turns. the heat from your fingers and the friction will cause it to become softer thus gliding on easier. then take a qtip and smear it a little. do not put eyeliner on the bottom lid. thats so 80's!

Apply eye liner on your lid as close to the lash line as possible and smear with your finger or cotton swab. You can also wing it out if you'd like. Be sure to apply a few coats of mascara for that dark sexy look as well.

pensil eyeliner would be the best....... not the crap that come in a plastic tube that you have to twist to make the liner longer.... try "love my eyes) and it is only about a buck....... you might want to use two colors....line verythin black...then above it use grey and blend it in

i really cant figure out why some people think that the racoon effect or the black heavy arround the eyes is sexy
