they dont really grow. Your arch drops and your feet become longer as a result. This is due to all the relaxin in your system, a hormone from pregnancy.

Usualy by the end of the first pregnancy your body has stretched and changed as much as is physically possible, in the area of hips and feet and actual bone structure.

This depends on the person. Some women's feet don't grow at all, some do with some pregnancies, not with others. Mine did with both. I wear a 10 now - started as a 9.

They do make women's shoes larger than 11.

My shoe size went up a 1/2 size with my first and a 1/2 size with my second. I don't think it went up anymore with my third. And yes they make larger shoes than a size 11. :)

Mine only got bigger with my first (1/2 shoe size). I am now pregnant with my 5th and still wearing the same size, although I need to get wider shoes during pregnancy just due to swelling.
