Spike Lee???
Yeah there's a head full of brains.
When was the last time a hurricane like Katrina hit New Orleans?
Couldn't by chance be the water that caused it.....could it.
While were at it..remember the tsunami??,,you guessed it....the navy floated a large wave machine out to the ocean.

No of course your wonderful - and properly elected - administration never did that!
Nor did they instigate (or allow to happen) the 9/11 catastrophe, even if it does look like just the sort of thing envisioned by the 'project for a new american century' to galvanise the people of your country to back it's government while it performed monstrous injustices the world over.
And OBVIOUSLY it's the right and moral thing for them to do to invade Iraq - that was all to do with offering a downtrodden populace the benefits of 'democracy'.
And wasting their former 'friends' and occupying Afghanistan has NOTHING to do with the taliban reneging on the caspian oil pipeline deal arranged a few years earlier in Texas.
Nope.
Not a chance. . .
And there would be absolutely no point in pointing you to some obviously erroneous and fantastically WRONG 'conspiracy' sites, even if a lot of the information they contain appears to be quite well researched . . .
The rest of the world believes that Americans have no sense of irony . . . here's your chance to prove us all wrong. Read between the lines now and then, and don't believe everything as portrayed by your government and CNN.
"Go back to sleep America, your government is in control again - here, watch this, shut up!" Bill Hicks

Well your question shows how stupid you are......spike lee never made such a comment......the people in his documentary felt that was a possibility. Even the last destructive hurricane that passed thru that area the people back then felt the same way. The majority of those people were white so the comments are not based on racism. They are based on class division.

I believe that was alleged by the Nation of Islams Minister Farrakhan. Spike Lee made a movie about it? Did not know that. To answer your question - no, I do not believe it.
