The most disappointing one I've seen lately was "The Break Up". I didn't laugh once, not even at the gay man beating up on Moob Vaughn. I wanted to like it, I really did, but it was not to be. Other disappointments include Jack Black's "Envy", and I'm giving Adam Sandler's new flick, "Click" a wide berth, I have a feeling of pre-emptive disappointment about that one!

Thank God for World Cinema!!! If Hollywood had their way we'd all be watching Will Ferrell fart for the next 50 years!!!

The Wedding Crashers... I hate the message it gives out... i.e. you can be a lying, cheating, womanising man-whore, but you will still get the nicest girl to marry you. The general idea is sick and nasty guys always win.

If you think crashing a wedding to get off with the guests is bad enough, the film then explores the idea of chatting up women at a funeral when they are most vulnerable... sick, cheap and nasty humour.

I enjoy radical humour, American Pie was a little off colour, but the "idiots" paid for their mistakes... and you were invited to laugh at foolishness, but in Wedding Crashers you are asked to celebrate pure bad insensitive taste.

there are heaps of them here they are the Pigs. its a bad old horror movie. I also really hated waterworld. and

Napolean Dynamite has to be the worst ever. There was so much hype and it sucked worse than anything I had ever seen. and

This movie from the early 90's called city of joy. Its the only movie i paid to see and feel asleep during. and

Open Water, what was the point, i would rather have watched a goldfish for 75mins and

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou --- omg, so bad, 2 hours of my life wasted on NONSENSE! ....

oh my goodness when I first saw the question I was immediatly thinking to write the break up.
I completely agree with you, it sucked the edning secked and everything else sucked.
Also the shining was just plain weird and I couldn't understand a thing from it. .......

Worst film I've ever seen was The Night Listener with Robin Williams in it. It is just out in cinemas - DO NOT go and see it. The trailers show it to be like the 6th sense; full of action and scary stuff but it is nothing at all like that. It is dull, totally predictable (there is not an actual storyline) and not in the least bit scary!! You have been warned... .

I can handle watching a movie that is supposed to be romantic with her as long as there are some funny parts.

death in venice, most sick and depressing film i have ever seen. .....

Both the Lara Croft movies!!! Awful!!! I watched the first movie cause it was a cool game and the second movie at a sleepover where majority ruled......

The worst movie I have seen recently (there have been many in the past)is The New World with Colin Farrell and Christian Bale. It was a film of nothing happening, right up till the point that Pocahontas drops down dead at the end of the film. The acting by Farrell is woefully disappointing and you constantly wait for something, anything to happen. The dialogue is stilted and few and far between. All in all it is 2 hours and 15 minutes of my life I will never get back for something more rewarding. So whatever you do do not waste youre time and money on this one, unless you suffer form insomnia!

I have seen some pretty terrible films but usually I am not too disapointed with a film as I usually expect them to be poor.

Mission Impossible 2 was probably the biggest dissapointment ever as the main character was supposed to be a normal man but could leap over bullets fired at him through a wall - how the f*ck am I supposed to retain suspension of disbeief when the guy is doing stuff Superman would struggle with?

Also The Return of the King (Lord of the Rings 3) really annoyed me as they pretty much ruined my favourite book for me by changing the plot so much and making it into a cheesy action film. If Legolas could kill the gigantic elephant so easily why didn't he just kill the Balrog in the first film? And if the Army of the Dead could wipe out tens of thousands of orcs in under a minute why didn't Aragorn just get them to spend another few moments wiping out every monster in all of Mordor? Actually now I am seething with rage remembering just how betrayed I felt with this film after seeing how close to the book the first in the series was.

Nowerdays I usually watch Japanese cinema and classic films I know to be of good quality. I also watch lots of B-movie films which are terrible but at least terrible in an enjoyable way.

I have to go with Blair Witch project,I have no idea what anyone saw in this movie and I have pretty wide tastes,it just sucked no bones about it. The only thing I can think of when I think of that movie is that the time spent watching it is time I'll never get back,I actually wanted my money back after that movie,I have never hated a movie as bad as that and I've seen some bad ones, like The Grudge, man that movie should have been called the sludge, been trying to give it away ever since I bought it.

The Pool. Was out around a couple of years ago. The acting is so cheesey that I think Kraft bought it out.

2nd in line is probably Charlies Angels (the film with Drew B). I tried flogging this one on E-BAY for 50p (DVD). I got about 3 visits and NO offers. It's so bad, I don't want to throw it in the bin as that would be an insult to an otherwise useful item (the bin!)

I thought the Break Up was really good! Mainly because they had my relationship down to a T. It was kinda spooky how similar it was actually.
The worst movie I have ever watched (my bf made me watch it lol) was "**** Nurse Vampires from Hell" A quality movie (not)
My bf said is was so bad he had to watch it. That was 1.5 hours of my life I'll never get back now!

First, don't give Hollywood any more ideas

That's all I need to see, Will Ferrill in "Elfart"

Second, "Gigli", a real vomitous mess

Thrid, for me, there are very few Adam Sandler films I go after
