Lady Laurel. Fascinating. I love laurel. Laurel is a beautiful fragrant plant, so fresh and sweet. It is medicinal, and it symbolizes victory. I actually have two Ladies Laurel. My daughters' names are Erica Lauren and Laura Meagan. It's a good name. :) Tell Laura I love her. So sweet. :)

wonderful name choice!! ('Course I *could* be a bit biased since it is MY name...LOL!!) And I have to say, lived in the town I am in for most of my life. went away to college. Never, unless it was in a large college lecture hall, never did I go anywhere where the was someone else with the name Laura. I don't think it is so common....
but maybe just not in my area??
Have a good one...

Laura is soft, classical, and feminine.
Go for it. Name your daughter Laura.

Very much. Hopefully, it won't remind anyone of the one who tolerates and sleeps with evil: laura bush.
