Hawthorn Tincture is very good for keeping the blood thin and is a far safer treatment than Warfarin, Aspirin or other pharmaceutical alternatives. Available from good health stores or herbal practitioners.

i think this is one condition when it is best to not try herbal remedies and talk to your doctor about medicine. blood clots can kill!
