whenever you feel like - remember just because you ask her doesn't mean you have to get married right away.
my friends were engaged for 6 years and are going to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary in October.

If I were you I would not wait any second longer,I'll invited her in a beautiful place and kissing gently her hands I'll put the ring on the finger then knelling in front her and still holding gently her hands I would ask her to be my Sun and Moon forever.
