i bought my son a toy that talks and it says a bad word,what should i do?

TAKE IT BACK! And file a complaint, not only with the store but with the company that makes it! Get online and find the company and find out how to contact them. Actually you may want to do that before you return it. The company make compensate you and/ or want the toy back for testing or whatever! But definitely take it from him ASAP!

call or write to the company (the address or phone number or website should be on the box somewhere) expain to them the problem and then take the toy back to the store for a refund, while your contacting the company make sure you let them know that you will not ever recomended that product to anyone and they will treat you like a queen, cause they dont wanna hear about bad reputations on their products. good luck

My suggestion is to take the toy away and expalin that it is not nice to say that word. Tell your child you are putting the toy in time out for saying a bad word. (depending on your childs age...if they are older expalin why you are taking the toy and putting it in the trash)

Take it back and write a letter of complaint to the manufacturer. Also, inform the management staff of the store you bought it from.

take it back. did the package it was in say anything about the language? if it didnt complain and if they dont want to refund it then talk to the company about it and if they dont want to do anything then i suggest you talk to a lawyer. other mothers will thank you.
