It's been more than 8 hrs and it still hasn't come out of my account?

If there is no money in your PayPal account it automatically goes to your Bank Account and it can take upto 10 working days to clear.

It takes 2 to 3 days for your bank account to be credited by paypal. Also it can be shorter or longer depending on the time of day you make the request.

Be very careful with PayPal, that service is a scam....... Don't be one of the people has been scamed by them.....
