Friends is my absolute favorite - followed by Wil & Grace. Some of the newer sitcoms I like are Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother, and The Class.

Old I Love Lucy re-runs...look for the one where she and her neighbour get part-time jobs at a chocolate factory...a real classic

Will & Grace...great writing...best episode when Grace buys a bra padded with water, goes to an art gallery and gets a leak!! Very Lucille Ball like, actually

Are you talking about current shows? I'd have to say the only show left on Television that I find funny is "My Name is Earl."

If you can pick anything, than I don't think it gets much funnier than Seinfeld and first season episodes of Friends.

Anymore, I'd be hard pressed to name any sitcom that's really good these days. They are all pretty much based on juvenile sex based jokes an innuendos.
