did anyone know their main goal and will u kill a terrorist if u see one and had the chance to?

Because to them, innocent people are infidels. If I knew of a terrorist I would contact the authorities. I'm not properly trained to take on a terrorist directly.

You are trying to find reason for something irrational. It will never happen.

Just know this - they feel that if they kill in the name of their Allah, it ensures them a grand place in heaven. This order of greatness is gauged by the number of people they take out, and if they are willing to die or not. So the objective of a muslim terrorist is to take out as many as they can when they kill themselves for "their cause". This is why bombs are the "weapon" of choice for them. Notice they rarely use guns or knives. They use IED's or car bombs instead. The more, the merrier, I guess.

Now, you also must realize that this is not the entire religion - this is a faction of fanatics. Every religion has them - even the Christian faith.

And my question to you is this - how are you going to tell that someone is a terrorist by looking at them? Not everyone of the nationality or religion is a terrorist, and there are white terrorists here in the US (Aryan Nation ring a bell??). So are you planning on killing every single person that you come into contact with? Yeah, that is as irrational as the terrorists you are looking to kill. Matter of fact, you are doing what they are - killing those that have a different point of view from yourself. Which makes you a terrorist. . .

If my life, or the lives of those I care for, was in danger, then yes - I would do anything to prevent those deaths, including kill another. But I will not ever subscribe to the thought of killing another on how they look or the religion they worship. That is everything that I find wrong and evil, and it would make me no better than those that kill out of racial hatered or religious bigotry.

The Terrorists want the entire world to be a massive Islamic state under extremely strict rules no freedom or rights at all no music, state run telivision,no freedom of the press, censorship everywhere, people would be required to pray 5 times a day, Women would be required to be covered head to toe and they would be forced to stay home. Men would have to grow their beards long. Everything that they see offensive about the West and Western culture in their Islamic eyes would disappear and very quickly.

The Islamic Terrorists and their state sponsors vision of how our World should be is not a happy place and that's why it's very very important to win the war against them so that their vision doesn't become reality someday.

But if not in immediate danger then I would report them to the police. They don't have a main goal which is why you cant talk or deal with terrorist.

It's invariably to do with religion isn't it? Some great man-made god (I won't even honour them with the use of an upper case) has "told them" that anybody not worshipping him must be killed, and as they know no better, they do their best to carry our that "instruction".
This occurs regardless of WHAT religion "they" are - it's happened all down the line from the beginning of the human race only in 'the old days' it was done so that there would be enough food to go round. What the excuse REALLY is nowadays is any body's guess.

People who feel powerless have a tendenancy to lash out in violent ways...

and if I saw a "terrorist" I don't know that i would just be able to kill them, i suppose it depends on what the situation was..

There is always a motive for terrorist acts. If you try to understand their motive their actions will make more sence.

You will have to be more specific which terrorist group you are referring to.

Whether we agree with them or not, in their own minds they aren't terrorists, like the people who bomb abortion clinics or herded Jews into ovens during the Holocaust they are simply practicing their religion as they understand it. al Qaeda started in Saudi Arabia as a movement to end U.S. occupation and control of that country, it doesn't matter if that is a valid position, it's what they believe. As long as the U.S. maintains a presence in foreign countries and interferes in their autonomy we will cause resentment . This will lead to opposition, and, in time, violence. The U.S. is not, and should not attempt to be, the World's Policeman, trying to be one is why international support and approval of our country in general, and Bush in particular, is at an all time low.

Innocent am a relative turm. You may see them as innocent but they dont. They see them as tools in the fight. Not much different than what is going on in Jesus Camp or Quantanimo.
