No, it doesn't cause skin cancer. The sun causes skin cancer and people need to ensure they wear sunblock when using a hydroquinone treatment to prevent skin sensitivity and more harmful uv rays reaching the skin and causing possible cancers. HTH : )

I saw a report on the news about it...they are going to try and pull it from stores...but company's just want to put a warning on it...it does cause cancer when over used
