The human body requires some salt to function normally, but if you are speaking of excess salt, there are two ways to increase excretion.....drink alot of water and eat potassium rich foods.

You don't want to get rid of salt from the body--your body needs salt. You should not use an excess amount of salt in your diet, the amounts our body produces is enough to keep it maintained, that's why people have higher blood pressures and other such alignments because they are putting excess amounts of salts and other additives in the body that we don't need.
