Come I need to know whether you girls out there think I should go ahead and get this done or not, otherwise suggest a better piercing. Please help!!!

NICE!! I personally like it..but I like Body Modifications..others do get freaked out by it & won't understand why you did it..!
Some women are stimulated by it ALOT..others won't know the difference unless you point it out..
I have had a few boyfriends with PA, (one had a pearl actually!!)
I prefer the tongue piercing to be honest if I HAD to choose, if you wan't to get it for your self DO IT!
If you have a girlfriend ask her! Or ask your female friends what their opinion is. As for infection..I have had many body parts pierced..no infection yet..aside from a slightly bruised tongue..but this was years ago....If you want it I say just go for it..and good luck..it doesn't hurt that much...or so I am told hehe!!

I don't find them sexy at all, but I've never been with a man who had a PA piercing, so I can't speak from experience! I would pierce something less painful such as your ear! Something you don't "use" frequently such as...your ear! I imagine the healing time for a PA is a B**** because you have to touch it and use it all the time! To each his own....that's just my two cents...=)

No. That is one area that should be left alone. Imagine if you got an infection or the piercing person didn't do it correctly.... ouch. I would recommend that you get either a tongue or an eyebrow piercing. Anything, but the PA!

I know not the thinking of the female on this but I would draw your attention to the fact that the origin of the device was to minimise the profile of the male genitles. In victorian era the trousers of the gentle folk were tight across the crotch and apparently the fashinon was to look as a sexual as possible. To this end w/endowed males would have the procedure described above and use it to 'tether' themselves out of the way.

If you're looking for a quick route to a heavy infection, possibly blood poisoning, go right ahead. Think man, all your waste products are evacuated right down near where that wound is going to be for weeks and weeks...plus it will hurt less to run it through an electric pencil sharpener! I think the idea is a total turn-off. What, are you into extreme pain??

I personally do not like men with piercings. Ears stretched are ok... but that's it.
