I plan to holiday for two weeks in October - from the 13th or so. I would like some sunshine but don't want to spend much money or travel too far - Europe and Turkey is ok and the North of Africa. Got any great ideas you'd like to share about where I should book up to go (flying from Birmingham International)? I'm 49 and male

yes go to tunisia its a lovely place and you dont need much money to go people lovely and the food is out of this world also if your looking for sunshine its about 40 degrees there at the moment the perfect time to go and theres a lovely breeze so you wont feel to hot but you will get a lovely colour

Cyprus - the best holiday I've ever had and it's still gorgeous in October. In particular I would recommend Protoras, fab place!

Get ear plugs in case your in a noisy place and get your passport photocopied in case you lose it
