Unfortunately they are...you wear a mini shirt over them...but the oldest person I have seen wearing them so far was about 14 years old...what a hideous throw back from 1990...The only people who would wear that crap didnt see them the 1st time around

They are back, and personally I don't like them. I guess first Madonna wore it in the 80s and then these avarage fashion-senseless middle aged housewives kept wearing them and wearing them.
And then for some strange reason it came back, ugh nightmare! And those women thought "yay! see everyone else is wearing too!"

Yes! You should get a jean skirt and put leggins on under them. That looks good.

Yep, i guess it's the new style. I've seen girls were them under their skirts (jean) with flats and a button up sweater over their shirts. It's cute.

Who cares what's "in" - that's so elementary. Wear what you want to wear, don't try to be like everybody else. Be yourself and wear what you like because you like it, not because it's "in".

personally i think they're hideous. i have seen people wear the under skirts n shorts. i dunno...they're just too Flashdance for me.
