You go to the doctor and get a blood test and they tell you whether you're pregnant or not.

If you think you are, buy some pregnancy tests if you can afford them and use ONE.....depending on where you're at during your cycle it'll only be so effective.
I 'knew' about a week before my missed period that I was....I dreamed about babies, saw faces in trees and rocks (not normal for me! lol) and was nauseated at weird stuff. It's different for every woman though of course!! I didn't have sore nipples or any different sex drive or anything else....I DID have the same crampy pains though...
If it's a really big deal I'd call your OB/GYN or go by healthclinic/pregnancy center and see if they'll test you. WARNING: You MIGHT tell them you're farther than you think and that you want to be sure....otherwise they might just tell you to WAIT and use at home tests......this is what happened to a friend of mine....

are you throwing up? do you feel woozy? do you just feel like something isn't right? I know the feeling and it's scary and it seems like not knowing is better than knowing. But I suggest a hime pregnancy test, just in case the news makes you emotional because i know you don;'t want to let it all out at the doc's office and take it from there. Good luck

Try a HPT.Thats how most people find out.If that doesnt work for you and it comes back negative and you still feel like you could be pregnant go to the Dr for a blood serum test.

If you got a positve then a negative then more then likely you are pregnant. If you still have your doubts then take another pregnancy test. If it comes back positive then you are expecting. If it comes back negative and you still feel that you are pregnant then try talking to your DR.

visit doctor,give a little blood and you'll be sure...preg test worx,but not 100% correct;)
