Basically people in the field of Mathematics like to use really fancy words for really basic concepts. So in this case Product is a fancy word for multiplication. You want to know what 7 x 9 is. Which by all the answers given is 63.
Just another random fact. When ever you multiply something by 9 you can always check your answer because the digits of the answer add up to 9. For example, using our 7 x 9 = 63, 6+3 = 9. So we know that we are correct!

product means multiplied by
7 x 9 = 63
Here is a neat way to get the 9 times table. Put your hands out in front of you. Number your fingers in your head 1-10 starting from left.
Decide what number up to 10 you want to mulitiply by 9 and put that number finger down. So if you want to multiply 9 by 7 as you do here, put your 7th finger down. Now, there are 6 fingers on the left of the bent finger and 3 on the right so the answer is 63.
Try it with any other part of the 9 times table. It's neat!

well if 7 x 10 = 70
then
7 x 9
would be one less 'lot' of 7,
in this case 63
