I have a membership timeshare with trendwest and I have paid about 3 years so far but I am having difficulties continuing to make payments and I wanted to see if there was a way to sell it.

1. See if the resort/developer will buy it back from you.
2. Try selling it on Ebay
3. There are businesses that specialize in buying/reselling timeshares.

This is of course based on the assumption that this timeshare is deeded.

Sir time share programs are hard to sell as far as the developer buying it back they sell their own product that's how they make money. Most likely you owe more than it's worth most owners that sell are lucky to get fifty cents on the dollar I hate to preach doom and gloom, but the facts speak for them self time share are not an investment if you have a seventy two month or ten year contract you have paid the interest. GOOD LUCK
