Hmm, what's wrong with it? Is everything physically ok? Have you been to a doctor to get checked out? Do you get an erection during the night? If everythings working properly, viagara or something similar will help maintain the erection. If things are not working properly, then there are other issues involved that cannot be solved here.
And maybe you just need a good woman with a sexy attitude.

Get into shape and excercise, especially lifting weight which will increase your T levels. Take a multi-vitamin designed for men. Throw in some extra Tribulus or Eurycoma, Damiana, Maca, and a big dose of L-Arginine.

You need to see if you have a chemical imbalance if your problem is desire. If your problem is performance in that you go quickly, that is a mental thing. Meditate and look at some books on the subject. You don't have to buy them, that is what the chairs in Barnes and Noble are for.

a lot of it for a man in his 30's is mental...stress has a big play on the male libido...and then when it happens once you think about it a lot...you need something to help you relax...either a drink after work, a joint, but don't worry unless your doctor says it is terminal it will get better when your learn to deal with the stress of everyday life
