Just by asking this question, implies that you are very young or have been kept in a monastery your entire life.
This is not a yes or no answer....some men as well as some women will have affairs or one night stands with another person regardless of an existing relationship. And will not feel guilty in the least...while other may feel guilty.
Men and women throw themselves at each other all the time.....and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
I don't know statistically who cheats more .... men or women...because in order to get an accurate account...they have to tell the truth and personally if you're gonna cheat on someone, you're probably gonna lie about it.
You have heard the phrase "men are dogs"? haven't you....where do you think that came from....dogs will screw anything......it doesn't even have to breath.
And to the men reading this....not ALL men are dogs!
Men and women do not thing alike...for instance....a woman will marry a man thinking he will change and a man marries a woman thinking she won't.....one of many ways men and women think differently.

First, you need to work on your grammar if you want your question to make sense to more readers. Second, some men will cheat and some won't. Some men will cheat if they are in a relationship, but not married. Some men will cheat if they are married, but don't have children and some won't. It all depends on the man in question. I've known men to turn down a breaktakingly gorgeous woman because he was in love with his girlfriend, and I've seen other men jeopardize great relationships with beautiful women just to have a one-nighter with an unattractive *****.
