i have a 98 chevy cavalier that is squeaking it seems as thou its coming from the drivers side. I had the rotors and brake pads changed about a year or so ago. it only squeaks when driving slow. it doesn't squeak going over bumps. any information would be appreciated.

Take your hub caps off and drive it and see if the squeaking goes away. Hub caps will sometimes cause a squeaking noise.
It could be the brakes if that wasn't the problem. Semi metallic brakes squeak more than organic, ceramic, or asbestos. Or one of the squeal clips is rubbing your rotor. The brakes could be worn out again or the squeal clip got bent and is touching the rotor

if the pads are cheap in quality, may be the noise.
may be the tires?
best thing is to have a shop look in to it, call and find someone to do it cheap or free.

Maybe you have dirt or grit in your hub caps/wheel area.

sounds like dry wheek bearings or dry cv joint
