why do boys once they have confided their problems to their friends especially if it's a girl, they started to drift away? in other words they avoid the person completely after telling the person their problem about their love life and after getting some advice from theirl friends. is it because they feel vulnerable? are all boys like this?

Its because they have exposed their weakness to you, and a side of them they don't really want people to see the vulnerable state of being upset and confused and not making much sense. Its kinda embarrasing if someone see's you in a state.

as for my opinion, a guy or a boy, i think that boys they usually do not do this to girls that much unless the main concern of their problems is about girls, especially about relationships. we, guys, do not know what girls think. So we seek for the answers not only from you girls, but also from guys too. Asking for some suggestions from those who ever faced the similar situations, mostly from guys first then if we feel like it's not enough, we will go for girls'. Boys do run away after that, why ? you know since we have got the answer !! that's all we want. So we feel like we do not want anyone to know about our (private) problems. Especially, if our m8s know that we're asking for girls' helps. it's not good due to we're men, we should solve every problems by ourselves. that's what people think. The thing they do not run away from girls if you girls keep it as a secret. we would feel ashamed if someone knows about our weak points.
But it's another thing if guys and girls are couples since we're together so sharing and helping each other to solve problems would create a lot more understadning between both of them.
it's all my opinion. good luck.

Think about it - in a society that still prefers males to be strong and stoic, one that shows vulnerability is a lesser specimen. He's probably embarrassed as all get-out that he showed weakness in front of you.

Make exactly two attempts to reconnect with this guy. Two is plenty to make it clear that you're serious about wanting to stay close, but any more than that and you risk being considered a stalker/harasser.

Dude... do not hardship approximately it. I by no skill had a actual gf til i grow to be sixteen, in spite of the indisputable fact that i grow to be (am) slightly a loser. On suited of that I even have social rigidity. i grow to be a great bandy and did all of the everyday nerd stuff. have confidence me in this... women everybody is a difficulty. they are in a position to't make up their thoughts, they go away on my own once you're lonely and difficulty you once you're already offended. you will meet some ultimately. in case you spot a reasonably lady only smile and say hi. additionally... the 1st kiss is often the worst.

They have opened up, are vulnerable and scared of rejection. Whether it's rejecting them, their feelings or thoughts, it's scary opening yourself up to someone and possibly getting judged on how you think/feel. You need to make an effort to prove everything is cool. Maybe tell him a little secret? Tit for Tat and all of that!

I would say yes it is because they feel vunerable when they need to feel in control and not show any weakness. If a guy is confident in himself then he will not run.

yeah its because they have put themselves on theline. they feel vunrable and threatend. After all, boys think they are supposed to be matcho, so it prob scared him when he realised he told a GIRL about how he feels. Just give them time, bless them, they will get used to sharing their feelings one day. (ithink) (ihope) xx **)
