Well, you probably need a doctor to look up your nose...If it is green, that is usually a sign of infection and will not go away on it's own. Neosporin is an antibiotic cream, but you do not want to mess with a possible infection. Did you pluck some hairs in your nose? Hair follicles in the nose can easily become infected. Any infection in the head can quickly become a very serious problem, go see the doc and let the doc tell you what it is and get you taken care of...

Sweetheart, you really must go see a doctor about this, you could have a serious problem that will need antibiotics to clear up and you don't want it to spread to the sinus area. It's not really so awful having him look inside of your nose, it may feel a little uncomfortable and hurt slightly but it will be over before you know it.
Don't take any chances with your health.

First off, lose that "tenny bopper" thing! Of course, you need to see a doctor because "green" is generally a sign of bacterial infection that requires antibiotics for treatment!

Please go get checked for herpes. It really sounds like you have it.
You can get it in your nose, and it is contagious.
