It's totally normal. All's you need to do to insure a normal, healthy life is this.....
Find any orifice....any at all. Now, put your extra head & leg in this orifice. Pull him out & ask if he's happy & comfy in there. He'll probably say yes. You see, extra heads & legs like dark, moist places. They're most comfortable & happy in an environment like that. Anyways, if he says yes, (& the smell isn't bad or there isn't anything funky growing inside the orifice,) stick him back in. Pull him back out every couple seconds to check on him, but keep putting him back in. Eventually, he'll spit at you. That means he's had enough. Let him out & he'll go to sleep. Repeat this often. This is by far the best proven way to take care of a third leg & head.

you are not the only male with a "third leg". the issue is that you said you can't control it! I'm sure if you see a specialist, and take the right medication, you're third leg won't be such a problem anymore! and if that doesn't work, consider castration as an option!
