I think that is a little thin. I am 5 ft 7 and when I was 105 my Dr. made me go on a serious weight gaining diet. I had to gain at least 10-15 lbs. Protien shakes, etc. You may want to see a nutritionist or Dr. Most of my life I have weighted 125 and was happy at that weight. I just had 2 kids, so I am more now.....trying to get back. Good luck to you. Remember, first and foremost you want to be HEALTHY.

It kind of depends.......like on how your body is built. 103 pounds is certainly a healthy weight for being 5.7, maybe even a little underweight. I'm 5.6 1/2 and I weigh about 112. So I would say that that maybe you are underweight, but its not so drastic that it will affect your health. Just means you can have that extra peice of cake without feeling guilty!

That is technically underweight but I am 5.7 and 95 pounds and I eat right and am perfectly healthy. Just make sure that you have a healthy diet and some physical activity and you're perfectly fine no matter what anyone says.

its a little on the thin side. i would talk to a nutritionalist and ask what would be a healthy weight. Do you look healthy or do you look to thin?

In my opinion it is . If you eat right and dont starve yourself, then it is fine.
