I would say if she hasn't already after 4 years, she doesn't want to, some girls don't. I don't think I would ask her, she is not stupid, and probably already knows what you would like her to do with it, but just don't want to. Sorry, but its the truth, Good luck if you do decide to ask! Take care.

4 years!!!!!!!! you need to do everything! just ask her to give you head. she will do it. if that's what you want. put it needs to be 50-50 she gives you head. you go down on her.
