Blur
"Girls And Boys"
Street's like a jungle
So call the police
Following the herd
Down to Greece
On holiday
Love in the 90's
Is paranoid
On sunny beaches
Take your chances looking for
[Chorus]
GIRLS WHO ARE BOYS
WHO LIKE BOYS TO BE GIRLS
WHO DO BOYS LIKE THEY'RE GIRLS
WHO DO GIRLS LIKE THEY'RE BOYS
ALWAYS SHOULD BE SOMEONE YOU REALLY LOVE
Avoiding all work
Because there's none available
Like battery thinkers
Count your thoughts on 1 2 3 4 5 fingers
Nothing is wasted
Only reproduced
Get nasty blisters
Du bist sehr schon
But we haven't been introduced
[Chorus]

It's not Fefe Dobson, like the first person suggested. That's a dance song that goes:
"Don't go! Girls and boys should be together
Don't go! Girls and boys can rule the world"
It's not Good Charlotte's song. That one goes:
"Girls don't like boys, girls like cars and money
Boys will laugh at girls when they're not funny"
It's not Blur. That's:
"Girls who want boys
Who like boys to be girls
Who do boys like they're girls
Who do girls like they're boys
Always should be someone you really love."
But since there's no song that goes:
"girls who like boys who like boys who like girls who like girls"
it's the Blur version that is the closest!
At least according to the following forums:
http://www.atforumz.com/archive/index.php/t-8422.html (Who sings "girls who like boys who like..."
http://www.identitytheory.com/music/garrett5.html (Where Moby quotes that Blur sings it your way)
http://forums.ugo.com/archive/index.php/t-14448.html (claims that Good Charlotte copied the 1994 Blur song)
And anyone who suggests it's Tony Christie must be thinking of the song that goes:
"Is this the way to Amarillo
every night I've been hugging my pillow."
Totally off-base. Not good for a wild guess.
And one more vote for Blur:
http://megabyte.mindsay.com/girls_who_like_boys_who_like_boys_who_like_girls.mws (she listened to the song in the morning and then in the afternoon guessed the lyrics just like the question above)
