DO...
Wipe up spills as soon as possible. Remove dried spills with New Beginning® Floor Stripper and Cleaner on a white cloth.
Wash your floor occasionally with Armstrong Once 'n Done® Floor Cleaner or an equivalent no-rinse floor cleaner.
Use Armstrong New Beginning® Floor Stripper and Cleaner for heavy duty cleaning.
Use Armstrong Shinekeeper® Polish to return your floor's original shine if it begins to dull over time.
DON'T...
Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaners or "mop and shine" products - they may leave a dull film on your floor.
Do not use paste wax or solvent-based polishes.
Do not use a beater bar when vacuuming because it can visibly damage the floor surface.
Do not use highly abrasive scrubbing tools.

Have you tried hydrogen peroxide? Hair dyes are tough to come out. I use M-30 Laundry Stain remover on fabrics for hair dye stains. You can buy it at Dollar General. If neither of these work, buy a bottle of hair dye developer solution, the strongest you can get, and see if that'll lift the stain. Vinyl is a toughie, and it might not come out!
Hope this helps.

To remove hair dye from your vinyl flooring, gently rub the area with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth.
Be sure to spot test on an unnoticeable area first.

My wife did her hair red in the bathroom. It spilled on the floor and we never got it off. Now she is embarrassed to let people go to the loo because she worries they might think it's her wrong time of the month!

I got pink hair dye all over my bathtub, try bleach, or toilet cleaner with bleach. If that doesn't work use rubbing alcohol, that always worked for me.
