well,nothing taste sweet like what i can have.....
based on my wisdom n twosense, he probably fancy u too but lacking in courages but all too shy.He maybe afraid of rejection so he play safe by not saying anything more than a hi.So, if u want this guy bad enough, take the 1st step by getting to know him better.nothing too bold, u'll chase him out .just be urself n be natural.first impression is really important so u wouldn't show ur weakness.just think eager beaver or anxious(u know what i mean by this). start by small talks whenever u two meet,nothing serious talk just trivial matters(movies,musics) i hope i'm giving u the ideas already.at later stage, u can ask him for a cuppa at the mall,or for a movie.if he seems hesistant or something like that,he probably attached to somebody.so,it's better for u to forget ur original attentions and look for some else.just remember 2 things1) that's his loss that he's not known u better 2)u can oggle more cuter boys than him

Just go up to him tomorrow and tell him you like the shirt/cap/keychain whatever catches you eye. And then quickly proceed to ask where he got it from. And if he starts conversation after that, good otherwise be good to yourself and ask him out in a casual way. "Hey me and my friends are going to movies, it would be good if you came along". See if he falls for that.
