Nail polish remover with acetone works. Pure acetone works faster. It's cheap and readily available at any drug store. Dip the super-glued fingers in it for a few seconds and the glue will come off right away. Acetone is also very drying to the skin and nails (makes them turn white) so don't leave your fingers in it for too long. Wash your hands afterwards to get rid of any residual acetone.
