When I click Yahoo Chat>Create a Room it is not highlighted when I point my mouse on it. What should I do?

When I click Yahoo Chat>Create a Room the link is not highlighted therefore I cannot continue. What should I do?I want to create the room Regional>Philippines>Luzon:36 which is now missing in Yahoo Messager Chat.

yahoo has disabled the create-a-room feature as this was causing too many undesirable activities, specifically involving underage content.

in addition, kids under 18 are no longer allowed in yahoo chat.

these actions were taken after many complaints. It might seem unfair to the kids, but it was done for their protection.
