i also dont workout at all... and in the past few months i have piled on 65+lbs. of fat... this all new to me since i used to be fit! yet honestly i dont have any problem with the new shape of my body, belly, thighs, chest, etc. i'm actually rather fond of it! ;-) i'm 5'10 & 217 lbs. 17 yr. old guy...

every morning for breakfast i have 3 doughnuts, 6 links of sausage, bacon, a cinnamon roll, a bagel & 2 glasses of juice & milk!

for a mid-morning snack i have a couple candy bars.

for lunch i'll have nothing really besides a sandwich, fries, pastries & some coke.

for a mid afternoon snack i'll eat some more candy, chips & wutnot...

for dinner i'll have pizza, fried chicken, a 2 liter of mt.dew, & some bread-stix.

for an after dinner snack i'll have some chocolate covered peanuts, cake, etc.

and for desert i'll have cookies, brownies & some more candy!

sometimes i'll wake up in the middle of the night eat some more sweets...

Do you hate yourself and/or do you want to appear disgusting to someone who might want to take advantage of you?

Perfect! ...but can you do better than this??

Breakfast:
20 omelettes (60 eggs, 12 pounds cheese, 10 onions)
10 pounds of sausage, 15 pancakes + 2 bottles of real maple syrup, 5 bowls of grits, 10 Marathon protein bars all washed down with 8 glasses of whole milk, 2 glasses orange juice, and 2 glasses pinepple juice.

Breakfast was too light, so I'm gettin' hungry again...
6 dark chocolate bars (8 oz each), 10 donuts, 3 bags hot n spicy chips and 3 glasses milk

Lunch: 5 pounds fried fish, 100 fried butterfly shrimp, 50 stuffed crabs, 50 hush puppies, 4 pints coleslaw, 2 - 2 liter bottles Coke, 2 whole Key lime pies for dessert.

Didn't eat enough lunch...time for a light snack...
4 bags chips, 40 egg rolls, 2 bottles sweet n sour sauce (need something to dunk the egg rolls in), 4 pineapples (need my fruit!), 5 bags Reese cups. Wash it all down with a couple 2 liter Dr. Pepper AAAHHH...that should hold me till dinner

Dinner:
6 BIG platters piled high with spaghetti, 5 large supreme pizzas, 12 burritos with 5 cans chili, 6 loaves of garlic bread, 2 36 packs of flour tortillas, 5 pounds General Tso chicken, 50 egg rolls, 5 bottles sweet N sour sauce all washed down with 5 gallons of sweet tea. Ahhh...a nice light dinner.

Dessert:
6 whole chocolate pies, 10 boxes Fererro Rocher, 6 half-gallons of ice cream...all different flavors (NO coffee...yuk), 6 pints Ben N Jerry's, 3 dozen donuts, 5 packages of oreos all washed down with 4 gallons of whole milk and a 2 liter of hawaiian punch.

Oooohhhhh...I ate too much and just passed out. I guess I'll have to cut down a little tomorrow. I think I need some medicine...Pepto, Immodium, lipitor (for the cholesterol), zestril (for the blood pressure), and xanax (calm the nerves so I dont think about what I ate today).

...just kidding. lol ...and I hope you were too....just kidding that is.

First.... you need to find the question from the young man who wants to know how he can gain weight, and tell him your meal plan.

I have to say you do have an impressive list there.... I have to say, though, I rate your eating habits on the "less than ideal" side of the scale. As a 17-year-old young man it may not really be bizarre that you eat as you do, but even if you don't mind the extra 60 or so lbs you've added you may want to seriously slow down because the next 30 may not be as acceptable.

(and to think I've been feeling so guilty about a spoon of sugar in my coffee and the occasional peanutbutter cup....)

I hope you are kidding, because that is a lot of food period. Not just that but you are eating really bad food pretty much all day long. Ok yeah everything you eat pretty much is bad for your health and for gaining weight. Stop eating crappy foods and you'll lose some weight. Or stop eating so much of the crappy foods. Also, an average 12 oz soda has like 160-190 calories in it and you're drinking a whole two liter of mountain dew. That is like a huge meal in terms of calories just in the mountain dew. If you continue to eat like that all the time you're going to have a heart attack. I would rate it a 0/10 everything you're doing has to change.

Obviously, if I am to beleive this is how you eat every day, you are not happy about this weight gain or you would not have asked this question 7 times! yes people do read your past questions, I would either seek counceling for why you are eating so much, or seek counseling for why you need attention by asking stupid questions

If there was a rating for a heart attack risk, yes at your age you can be at risk, then I would say you are way over a 10.
