you need to be logged in as an administrator. You can use software such as winternals to crack the admin password and let yourself in.

I'm taking a computer course which teaches you how to hack.
and lets just say you can get round this but....there is not much point for the trouble you have to go through!

You cant. You will have to get permission from the Network Admin and have them take care of it.

You can't.
I am currently traning to be a systems admin. If they lock things on your account. Its not meant to be used. So dont try.

Don't download anything and stay off of websites that you aren't suppossed to view. That will help prevent you needing to do that.
