She's obviously paranoid about the way she appears in magazines and so constantly has to pose for the cameras. Wouldn't she look better if she acted more naturally though?! That fake smile she dons is not attractive!

I love both the Beckhams and think they are actually a very genuine couple. If pouting her puffy lips keeps everyone talking about her and makes one of the most well known people in uk... good luck to her! She's come a long way in 10 years!

Because deep down she hates herself and tries too hard to win approval from others. She has no real career of her own so the media is all she has. She went from super stardom with the Spice Girls to been known as Mrs Beckam. She has wrapped herself up in a shell of defiance - I don't actually care what you think. I am so much better than you!

She is so fake - because - that's what she (and the rest) are.
They all hide behind the persona they are taught and guided into perfecting 'for you, their public,' 'cause everyone (well, their fans- 'fanatics') believe and buy the hype they sell you.
It's amazing just how much money they all (the whole Industry) make out of 'fanatics,' just look at the growing number of Fan and 'Celeb' magazines on the market ...all for those who have nothing REAL or IMPORTANT to occupy your time with ....but the FANTASY garbage doled out to you

1- because she thinks she's sexy...notice the 'she thinks'
2- she has to be famous for something other than being a footballers wife
3- she's skin and bones her lips, probably thanks to collagen, are the only things with shape and so are noticable next to the rest of her which is wasting away. If she loses a few more pounds I think we'll be able to see her organs...maybe that's her aim but really she makes me sick.

Because she knows deep down she is undistinguished in most ways - average, common & vacuous pretending to be superior and posh. So she puts on an act which most discerning people can see through (though probably not David).

Habit. She had some really bad teeth back in the Spice Girls days and she must do her pouty look out of habit. Personally, I think that if you pay the big bucks for caps or veneers then you should be showing them off all the time.
